The World - Nightmare Music Video and Lyrics

The World - Nightmare Music Video and Lyrics

The World - Nightmare

We exchanged promises of revolution in the expanding darkness (hirogaru ya mi no naka kawashiatta kakumei no chigi)

I loved you, so the flower of evil sprouted (aishita yue ni me baeta aku no hana)

I won't let anyone interfere with
(kore kara saki otozureru de arou subete wo)

Everything that is to come in the future(dare ni mo jama saseru wake ni wa ikanai)

A fruit has told me of the future (kajitsu ga tsugeta mirai)

This city has a forgotten reason (risei wo wasureta machi)

These distorted and black times will(kuroku yuganda ima wo)

Change into ideals, into dreams(yume, risou ni kaeru)

Why? Am I a broken messiah? (doushite? boku wa kowareta Messiah?)

The "end" that everyone has wished for...(daremo ga nozonda "owari" wo...)

One day I will show you (itsuku boku ga misete ageru)

The sky that shines with light (hikari kagayaku sekai wo)

Why? Am I a broken messiah? (doushite? boku wa kowareta Messiah?)

The "paradise" that everyone dreamed of...(dare mo ga yume mita "rakuen" wo...)

We exchanged promises of revolution in the expanding darkness (hirogaru ya mi no naka kawashiatta kakumei no chigi)

I loved you, so the flower of evil sprouted(aishita yue ni me baeta aku no hana)

I won't let anyone interfere with (kore kara saki otozureru de arou sebete wo)

Everything that is to come in the future(dare ni mo jama saseru wake ni wa ikanai)

One day I will show you (itsuku boku ga misete ageru)

I used to have nightmares like this

An unseen monster lurks in a pool in this ad by Lowe Pirella Fronzon for Arena Swimwear.

As a child, I regularly had nightmares about swimming in the pool and realizing sharks were inside, or falling into the tanks at Sea World. My father once convinced me to go snorkeling at the beach. I made it about 10 yards, got a piece of kelp wrapped around my mask, freaked out, and flew back onto the beach like a cartoon character.

And speaking of phobias, my youngest looked under the car and noticed water dripping. For some reason, he's quite concerned that the water will "get" him.

News anchor's tooth falls out during broadcast

This is pretty horrifying actually. A news anchor named Craig Cannon was in the middle of a news report when his tooth fell right out of his mouth:

Via.

Here's more random links:

1. When people are in an environment covered in graffiti and other signs of decay, they're more likely litter and steal. Via.

2. But I'm not sure if that study is compatible with the conclusion that people who wash their hands are more likely to act unethically. If you're a dirty boy, you'll feel bad about yourself and act more ethically. Via.

3. Athletes are using viagra hoping it'll help their performance on the field. Probably doesn't help, aside from the placebo effect, however.

4. The AP will resume using photographs provided by the US military since the Pentagon said it would stop providing (such easily detected) Photoshopped images.

5. Finally, don't click on this story unless you want to have nightmares. I couldn't bring myself to watch the video. Via.
